Product Delivery

The product subject to the contract is delivered to the CONSUMER, i.e., the BUYER, or to the third person or institution at the address shown by the BUYER, within a legal period of 30 days, depending on the distance of the place of residence under normal circumstances. The shipping fee mentioned in the Product Information section is paid by the BUYER for the delivery of the product. If the product subject to the contract is to be delivered to a person or institution other than the consumer, the BUYER must provide the SELLER with complete and written information such as the name-surname/title/address of the third person to whom the product will be delivered.

Right of Withdrawal

The CONSUMER has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting/returning the goods without assuming any legal or penal responsibility and without giving any reason, within seven (7) days from the date they received the goods or the date the goods were delivered to the third person/institution at the address shown. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to notify the SELLER of this right within this period by fax, email, or registered letter, and the product must not have been used under this clause, and the product itself, packaging, and box must not be damaged, and the product's label and protection bands must not have been removed. In the event of exercising this right, it is mandatory to return the original sales invoice and a copy of the cargo delivery receipt showing that the product delivered to the third person or the BUYER has been sent to the SELLER. Following the receipt of these documents, the SELLER immediately initiates the process to refund the product price to the BUYER's bank account or credit card account within 7 (seven) days.

Provision

According to the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles of Distance Contracts, the Consumer cannot conclude a distance sales contract without signing this document. This 1 (one) page document was prepared by the SELLER on [SalesDate]. As the Consumer/Buyer, I have read, understood, accepted, approved, and confirmed all the terms written in this 1 (one) page Preliminary Information Document.
