The Titanium Fused Dipping Tool Series is another Xiem Tools innovative solution that caters to the needs of all skill levels, from beginners to demanding professional craftsmen, for an alternative to Tungsten Carbide cutting tools without the hassle of accidental drops and high costs. Each blade is handcrafted from high-carbon hardened stainless steel. It is then fused to the surface with a thin layer of Titanium Nitride to increase strength and hardness, provide less friction, and ensure rust resistance. The ergonomically shaped handles are made from hand-sanded Beech wood to provide greater control and comfort for the enjoyment of long lathe sessions. Each handle features a flat base to ensure they have zero chance of rolling and allow the blade to hang over hard surfaces to prevent damage to the sharp cutting edge. Furthermore, the handles are soaked in pure Tung oil and cured by oxidation, improving the wood surface to be resistant to water, mud, and mold. They are manufactured by our staff with domestic and international materials at our shop located in Garden Grove, California.
