USAGE To create a screen printing design on clay or biscuit: Mix one tablespoon of Underglaze or Stroke & Coat® with a pinch of Screen Printing Medium (AC-310). Using a palette knife, thoroughly mix the glaze and screen printing powder on a flat surface until the mixture is smooth and lump-free. Add small amounts of screen printing powder (AC-310) until the mixture resembles a thick paste similar in consistency to peanut butter. Push the material through the designer screen printing with a squeegee or finger. Can be used with low flame and medium glazes. We recommend using Stroke & Coat®, Designer Liner, or Mayco Underglaze products with high pigment content. Using light pigment colors (pink, tan, light yellow, etc.) may give less noticeable results. CAUTION: If the paste is too thin, your design may run. As a general rule: You may find that thinner pastes give the best results for patterns such as stripes and ribbons.
